The slice tool is located in the Edit menu, under the Cut, Copy, and Paste sub-menu.
To open a slice in Photoshop, select the slice you want to open and then click on the “Open In” button located at the bottom left corner of the window.
To use the slice select tool, first, open Photoshop and select the object you want to slice. Next, use the keyboard arrow keys to move the selection around the object. To slice the object, press and hold down the Ctrl key and then drag the selection border around the object.
